Gold Version: 7.32.15

Stock Order Export

            • The Manitou format exports as a semi-colon separated CSV file with part number and quantity which can be used for other suppliers. The option has been renamed to Manitou CSV (Part;Quantity).

eCommerce

            • We added the ability to automatically allocate available stock to manufacturer eCommerce orders, which removes the need to manually run the Allocate Stock Program.

Till Sales

            • A corruption in a serial part deletion from a Till Auto Credit or Invoice has been resolved so stock levels remain in line with Stock Receipts.

Wholegood Deposit Invoices

            • For margin scheme sales, VAT won’t be calculated on deposit invoices. On final invoice the deposit invoice is reversed and the correct VAT is calculated. A Deposit Nominal Account must be set up by navigating to Company Control File > Wholegood > Numbers

Workshop Job Request Portal

            • Model information displayed when hovering over a Wholegood has been corrected to show the Model Code.
            • The customer account linked to the invoice will be displayed when changing the invoice type.
            • Operator initials and Wholegood make will be passed to Gold when a job is created.
            • Clock hours will now be displayed as Latest instead of Current.
            • Wholegood service notifications for wholegoods that are still in stock and have not been sold to a customer will no longer appear in the validation issues section. It will instead be shown under a No Customer section in the portal so that jobs can be created for them.
            • John Deere SvAP high priority alerts will appear in the colour yellow so these can be identified more easily.
            • Upgrade of the TLS version to enable John Deere SvAP communications within the server to continue.
            • Cancellation messages from John Deere SvAP will no longer appear in the notifications section

CLAAS Parts Inventory Management (PIM)

            • The wholegood serial number has been added to the Transactional Demand file as requested by CLAAS.

Job Request Portal

            • John Deere SvAP high priority alerts will appear in the colour yellow so these can be identified more easily.
            • Upgrade of the TLS version to enable John Deere SvAP communications within the server to continue.
            • Cancellation messages from John Deere SvAP will no longer appear in the notifications section.

Gold Version: 7.32.13

AGCO Plus+

            • Labour lines with zero hours were not being sent to AGCO Plus+ with the invoice information.
            • This has been corrected but it is recommended that any labour adjustments made have both a number of hours and a value (positive or negative).

AGCO Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI)

            • The External Order number field has been extended to ensure it is included on the extract. An automatic retry has been added so that if the connection fails it will automatically attempt to connect again.

John Deere eCommerce

            • Gold will calculate Carriage Charges on all eCommerce orders and only populate a Carriage Charge on the Advice Note if applicable.
            • Gold automatically returns an acknowledgement API message when a Refund request is received from John Deere eCommerce.
            • Gold sends back the Credit Invoice Reference within the API refund confirmation message, allowing this process to be fully automated.

Gold Portal

            • A number of dealers have experienced issues when running multiple companies within the Gold Service portal. In order to help resolve these issues we have introduced additional logging for portal activities. Data in these logs can be checked by our support team to determine the cause of the multi company issues.
            • When Gold is locked for month end or a Gold Update, portal users will be notified that Gold and the portal are locked to prevent data updates whilst the month end is running. App users will also get a message when Gold is locked. Ensure Gold Service App users are logged into the App before Gold is locked so any activities will be stored in the cloud during this time.

John Deere Workshop Efficiency Tracker (WET)

            • We have now extended the date parameters to the JD WET batch job so it now extracts and uploads at least 6 months’ worth of data.

CNH Parts Retail Inventory Management (PRIM) Inter Depot Transfer Import

            • The file format has been amended so that CNH suggested Inter Depot Transfers can be imported into Gold. The file must be converted from xlsx to csv.

AGCO Web Enquiry

            • The link to AGCO net to display part data has been re-established and the handshake error no longer occurs.

Parts App Inter Depot Transfers

            • IDTs can now be processed via Gold Parts App using the Receive icon to access any available IDT orders.

Parts Inter-Company Ordering

            • An error in Stock Enquiry and Point of Sale has been resolved where Inter Company ordering was in use and Depots displayed as a list.

Gold License

            • AGCO eCommerce was causing licences to become invalid, which has been resolved.

AGCO Fleetscan

            • A new Cost Type has been added for TCD Labour Hours as requested by AGCO.

            • Parts Ordering using JD point is now configured to an updated URL.

Gold Version: 7.32.5

Wholegood Lookup

            • If a customer is selected before using the wholegood lookup, the list of wholegoods will only show the customers that are allocated to that wholegood. If no customer is selected, then all wholegoods are searchable.

Serial Part Lookup

            • If a customer is selected before using the Serial parts lookup, the list of serial parts will show only the customers that are allocated to that serial part. If no customer is selected, then all serial parts are searchable.

Workshop Job

            • Disable edit of Instructions and Stories: function to disable the editing of these areas, after the job has been invoiced.
            • Invoice Type Change: allows the swap in and out of the different types, e.g. wholegood to serial and back to wholegood.
            • Standard Comment selection: can select standard comments for both instructions and story from a dropdown.
            • Temp Wholegood: can use temporary wholegood option at the bottom of the wholegood selection for when the wholegood is unknown at the point of job creation.
            • Dummy Wholegood: can use the dummy wholegood option at the bottom of the wholegood selection for internal job creation.
            • Obsolete Invoice Types: these are now hidden from selection when creating a job.
            • Allocate Job – Advanced Search: if using all the possibly search elements available. No results would be shown.

Workshop Scheduler

            • Fixed issue when Chrome or Edge cleared the created date sort preference setting.
            • Unscheduled list is not being refreshed on depot change on side bar.
            • Moving Job back to In Progress after a task is added to same Engineer for that job.
            • Disable drag and drop option on right click.
            • Multi company issues – duplicate records in MySQL record.
            • Show jobs that have been created from the Job Request Portal in the scheduler screen.
            • Allow users to drag and schedule jobs from their favourites list.
            • Exclude Internal Repeatable Jobs from the red dot on the engineer’s initials.
            • Missing Wholegood Information for Temporary and Dummy Wholegoods.
            • In the advanced filter list, add an information hover pop up over the ‘Jobs by Depot’ and ‘Jobs by Engineer’.
            • Make the Tabs and Search bar stay in position when scrolling on the unscheduled jobs list.
            • Allow users to copy notes on schedule to Job Instruction in Gold.
            • Stop users from being able to schedule quotes.
            • GMT Issue – Change of clocks causing issues of schedules not being visible.
            • Not showing Job Request Schedules.
            • Ensure advanced filter selection does not affect the unscheduled jobs list.
            • Clicking on Engineer Count against Engineer Name is not taking to respective list when another list is already expanded for an Engineer.
            • Unscheduled job count, alongside Engineer name not reducing for User B, if job is dragged and dropped on User A screen.
            • Align unscheduled jobs number next to engineers’ names.
            • Warning Notification behind Unscheduled Jobs popup.
            • Refresh Button refreshing unscheduled jobs list and ignoring applied depot filter.
            • Add a filter on the Unscheduled Jobs List to filter on jobs with no engineer assigned.
            • When creating a new schedule and allocating it to an existing job, move the job back to in progress.
            • When user deletes a schedule, move the job into the ready to complete column.
            • For multi engineer schedules, change the icon when one engineer completes their work in the app.

CNH CSI Extract

            • The CSI extract will now run when set up in a batch routine.

CLAAS PIM

            • CLAAS parts that are set as Required for P/O will now be included in the CLAAS Supplier Order Suggestion Update routine.

AGCO eCommerce

            • The status of eCommerce orders that are sent back to AGCO now contain only valid status updates.

Agroparts Stock Order Transmission

            • A third-party dealer ID has been added to the Stock Order Transmission file to ensure the filename is read correctly by Agroparts. Dealers using prefix KB for Kubota will now be able to export the Stock Extract using Manufacturer name match.

Loqate Postcode Lookup

            • Changes have been made to the URL for the postcode lookup function. It is recommended that the PCL key is updated from the Loqate dashboard.

CLAAS PIM (Parts Inventory Management)

            • Change to the date validation to ensure sales are reported correctly.
            • Changes to the Transactional Demand file including adding the job description, adding the customer name, correct handling of IDT values and ensuring the stock at demand date/delivered quantity are reported correctly.
            • The Transactional Demand file now records Returns Orders in the correct demand stream.
            • When the Relevant Item file is received part records are created from the Catalogue file and for other depots if they are required for order. If the parts aren’t created, then a report is produced to show parts on the Relevant Item File that aren’t in Gold.

            • Serial parts can be received into stock.
            • Parts App GRN: at GRN (Goods Received Note) a list of customer advices are emailed to the user.

Workshop Document Forms

            • Workshop invoices for serial repairs now display the full part number.

AGCO Parts Price Update

            • If an AGCO Price Update is run, information mapped to the Parts Memo field won’t be prefixed with an exclamation mark, so it won’t print on purchase orders.

Nominal Ledger VAT Return

            • The Making Tax Digital (MTD) VAT integration allows VAT Returns to be submitted from Gold. Along with the figures themselves we must send a set of Fraud Prevention Headers. These act as a digital fingerprint to identify the user and system that submitted the VAT Return. Improvements have been made to ensure the information submitted is compliant with OTHER_DIRECT connection method.

Emailing from Invoice Range Reprint

            • Customers set to email Single or Separate attachments will now receive invoice documents when sending via Invoice Range Reprint.

John Deere Prism

            • It is no longer mandatory for the Transfer coordination numbers on the file to match the Prism Schedule so orders will import.

Wholegoods Commission

            • When Commission is set as Cash Drawn if the cash drawn value is negative, this is calculated and comes through on the extract report.

Communications Ledger

            • Export Transactions where there is a blank source will now be included and the extract will not error.

Workshop Jobs (New View)

            • Uploading documents to the portal using the drag and drop option where the document name is more than 40 characters no longer fails. The filename will be capped at 40 characters including the file extension.

John Deere eBilling

            • John Deere emergency orders now use a new system. This new system outputs invoice data in a completely new format which is imported into Gold, therefore Gold has been updated to handle the brand-new structure of the data we receive from John Deere to extract the invoice data correctly.
