Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank all our customers, and share some key highlights. It’s been a year of progress, improvements and gathering your feedback to make Gold even better. 

 

New Products and Features 

Throughout the year, we released new versions of Gold to deliver new features, enhancements and manufacturer integrations, which we’ve summarised in our release notes. . Notable enhancements include Workshop Scheduler (creating workshop jobs for Plant Equipment jobs, a quick schedule function and more) and Gold Service (which now supports Serial Part and Plant Equipment Jobs and offers new features in the Jobs Multi-Authorisation view).
 

We launched Customer Connect, a web-based portal that gives your customers self-service access to their invoices and credit notes, reducing administrative tasks and helping drive traffic to your dealership. 

 We introduced Gold Cloud, allowing dealerships to manage operations without a local server, with secure, efficient access powered by Microsoft Azure.  

Finally, we extended Gold Parts App to include Goods Receive and Stock Check, giving users faster, more reliable access to inventory information. 

 

Manufacturer Integrations 

We have further strengthened our partnerships with manufacturers to improve existing integrations and introduce new ones in 2025, including: 

  • AGCO Aftersales Inventory Management (AIM) is an extension of AGCO Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI). It enables Gold to send parts stock, movement, and transaction data from the past 3 years for multiple manufacturers’ parts. Using this data, intelligent stock orders are produced and returned to Gold. 
  • CLAAS Service Office PRO – Launched to improve workshop efficiency and effectiveness, this integration seamlessly connects CLAAS Service Office PRO with Gold, supporting dealers, workshop engineers and customers. 
  • John Deere PoPs/ELIPS – Further enhancements were made to supply additional data on over-the-counter sales. .  
  • Manitou Job Request Portal – Data from connected Manitou machines is automatically sent to the portal, allowing jobs to be created in Gold, Workshop Scheduler and Gold Service with the touch of a button. 
  • In addition, we created manufacturer hubs to deliver centralised overviews of all our integrations for John DeereKramp and Kubota. 
  • We also continued to enhance other manufacturer-specific integrations, ensuring smoother workflows and a more efficient experience for workshops and dealers. For more details, view our Release Notes.  

 

Looking Ahead to 2026 

We are currently developing a product roadmap for 2026 to share our future development  plans and clearly communicate upcoming product releases. We look forward to sharing this with you in the new year.  

We encourage customers to get involved by joining the Customer Advisory Board or becoming a Gold Early Adopter – your input helps shape Gold’s future.
