March 2021 Mobile App v2.4.2 & Gold v7.24.6 Release Notes
The following points are being worked on by our Development Team and we plan to release these to you in the coming weeks:
On the App
- Update the ‘Comments’ Tab to include the Story and Labour Comments added by engineers. This information is also shown in the ‘Work Completion’ screen
On the Portal
- Provide an option to include name/date/time stamps when moving the engineers raw data into the Story box in the Job Completion screen
- Display Labour Comments and General Comments in the Engineers and Data tabs

A special release for Brexit and Making Tax Digital (v7.24.4) of Ibcos Gold is coming soon.
Standard Invoice Print Changes
- EORI numbers for customers being added to the header
- Incoterms being added to the header
- Weight at part level and total level
- Country of Origin at part level
Making Tax Digital Changes
- New VAT type for Northern Ireland
- Calculation changes as defined by HMRC
- Wording changes to boxes 2, 8 and 9 as requested by HMRC
