We’re happy to let you know that on 25th February, David Beddard and Jo Marsh both joined our Support team as Support Call Handlers.
David has a strong customer service background, having previously occupied customer support roles at WDS, a telecommunications company, and Enhanced, an IT organization. Recently, he has also worked on The Crystal Maze Experience as a temporary worker after returning from Australia where he was backpacking with his girlfriend and working for Technicolor.
In addition to living in Australia for a short time, he has journeyed through Europe, experienced life at a charity school in Kenya and visited Papua New Guinea. He loves travel!
As for Jo, she worked for Advanced, UK’s third-largest business software and services provider, for 11 years. She started out in the Support Department where she quickly advanced to the third line (the one that handles the most complex calls). She then moved into the QA Department, working on bespoke software, which included travelling to India to train other offices. Earlier in her career, Jo has worked in various accounting roles.
In May, Jo will be promoted to the Support Analyst role, which will allow her to apply her strong background in ERP software support and accounts.
