We are pleased to let you know that Lawrence Brint-Smee has joined our team as the new Technical Analyst – to help our customers with their technical queries and other issues.
Throughout his career, Lawrence has mostly worked on IT Managed Service Desks, providing IT support as a first-line Support Analyst. Before joining us, he was employed at an IT company called 365IT doing just that.
“I was very pleased to secure my position within the Ibcos technical team as Technical Analyst,” said Lawrence. “I’m always excited to learn new things and will enjoy getting to know the software and its infrastructure.”
“I am also very grateful for the opportunity to work in a well-established software development company, and I am looking forward to getting to know our customers and their systems.”
Outside of work, Lawrence claims to be “a bit of a nerd” since he enjoys anything that involves tech and cool gadgets. He also likes the great outdoors, which means that he enjoys going camping and hiking.
On weekends, he can be found helping his dad work on his hot rod – a highly modified Ford Model T, which they are rebuilding from the ground up.
We’re excited to see Lawrence put his love of tech and gadgetry to work here at Ibcos – since we’re all huge fans of those things as well!
