We’re pleased to welcome Emma Hunter to the Ibcos family, who joined us as a new Business Analyst.
She will be responsible for collaborating with all parties within and outside of Ibcos to determine our customers’ requirements and then translate them into deliverable user stories for the development team. She will then manage that project from inception to completion.
Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Senior Manager for an events company called MMG, where she was responsible for a variety of accomplishments, including:
- Project-managing the build and implementation of their CRM system, which included coordinating the requirements of all departments.
- Analysing all departments’ processes and implementing more streamlined, cost-effective processes, where necessary.
- Training a new bookings team and salvaging the management of their £2 million staffing contract.
“I chose to work for Ibcos to expand on my Business Analysis experience and increase my knowledge of the development process,” said Emma. “I am really enjoying it so far and learning a lot about the industry in general.”
In her spare time, Emma loves anything to do with history and visits a lot of old houses! She also loves karate and has achieved her black belt. Finally, she enjoys theatre and cinema as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Emma’s fresh take on the industry should bring about some very interesting results, and we can’t wait to see them!
