This integration allows alerts to be pushed from the SvAP (service application portal) into the Gold portal where jobs can be created, scheduled and allocated to the technician. The telematics from the machine send an alert to John Deere which is picked up in our job request portal allowing the dealer to contact the customer proactively and arrange the job. These job requests are then visible in a web portal, with wholegood details, customer details, job requirements and priority orders.  This integration requires the job request portal.

Real time interface to upload warranty claims directly from Gold upon completion of the job.

An automated upload of a dealers wholegood stock into the JD Quote system overnight via Data Transport Facility (DTF).

Automatically extracts and uploads quarterly financial summary information from Gold into the DFA tool. This is a balance sheet upload, that takes dealers accounts that are mapped to JD account numbers and uploads the data. The dealer can then see their balance sheet, along with dashboards in a JD web portal.

PM Data Extract

Workshop Efficiency Tracker

In the Parts Management (PM) Data Extract integration, Gold provides current and historic inventory and sales values to John Deere which is then used in conjunction with data from PRISM (you can learn more about PRISM under Refine your managed dealer inventory). Gold passes a monthly snapshot of the dealer’s parts business to John Deere, including metrics on the success the dealer had in filling customer parts hits. The data from this interface is used by John Deere to generate analytical reports and aims to manage dealers stock inventory.

Percentage of Products Serviced (PoPS) Equipment Lifecycle Integration of Parts and Service (ELIPS) is a system that uses analytics collated from workshop and parts purchase data, for wholegoods (machines).

The web dashboard PoPS/ELIPS enables you to make informed decisions on purchases, sales, services, and marketing opportunities. Using artificial intelligence, it collates and analyses data that already exists on Gold and displays it on a user-friendly dashboard. The dashboard provides descriptive reporting to show dealers opportunities to focus on, understand their machines lifecycle, and grow their aftermarket business.

John Deere have created a new Workshop Efficiency Tracker, which analyses technicians’ productivity and efficiency from the workshop jobs that are completed by technicians. The report produces various pieces of information, graphs and tables which provides dealerships with an overview of all workshop jobs recorded on a 6-month rolling basis.

Receive parts purchase invoices directly into Gold with a PDF of the original invoice. Gold has the facility to then auto-match invoices with purchase orders, working within discrepancy parameters set by the dealer.

Parts Electronic Goods Received Note (GRN) allows dealers to download the John Deere packing list details which automatically uploads details into the GRN routing. This integration requires Parts eBilling.

Allows dealers to electronically process the warranty credits they receive through the Warranty Supplier Credit routine with the facility to archive a PDF of the credit to Doc Store. This integration requires Parts eBilling and Doc Store.

Where wholegood invoices, debits and credits are received from John Deere by email, this integration automatically stores the PDF invoice against the supplier and all wholegoods that the invoice refers to. This integration requires Doc Store.

Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor is a web portal that links to JD schematics of wholegoods with parts information such as quantity in stock, bin location and retail price. Dealers can use this integration to add parts to a basket and then send it to Gold as file with part number and quantity. This can be imported into Workshop or Point of Sale.

JD Parts Stock Locator
PRISM

An automatic daily update of a dealers parts stock to update the stock locator system in JDPOINT and for John Deere parts stock availability.

Key benefits

  • This gives dealers visibility of parts available to buy from other dealers
  • Gives dealers the opportunity to sell unwanted stock
  • Allows end users to search and locate their nearest stocklist

Parts Retail Inventory Solutions Management (PRISM) is an optional service offered by John Deere to manage dealer stocked part inventory. PRISM is a tool that Retail Parts Management (RPM) uses to generate stock replenishment orders, suggested inter-store stock transfers between two dealer stores on the same dealer system, and the return of surplus parts to John Deere using sophisticated, configurable business rules.

Gold can send an extract to John Deere PRISM, providing details of parts stock, movements and transactions which are then used to create intelligent stock orders. This is historical part sales data sent giving sales, hits, and inventory values across a rolling 36-month basis.

The new John Deere eCommerce site has been created to provide customers with a seamless journey to browse and purchase products across John Deere associated dealerships in one place. Customers will be able to shop with flexibility and speed, and dealerships will easily reap the benefits of this integration. Purchases are made on the eCommerce site and orders are sent directly into Gold for dealerships to review and process.

03 Mar 2025 –  eBilling

  • The Supplier VAT ID is now extracted from the XML to display when the invoice is viewed in Invoice Confirmation. [Ref.409]

03 Mar 2025 – PoPS ELIPS

  • Wholegood machine data will now be extracted and included in the PoPS ELIPS report for Over-the-Counter sales. [Ref.258]
  • Linking a Wholegood to an Over-the-Counter sale is now optional at Point of Sale when this is set against the invoice type. [Ref.355]
  • John Deere part information is now extracted on Workshop jobs that do not include a John Deere Wholegood. [Ref.466]
  • Gold will automatically remove incompatible characters from the report, which mitigates risk of the uploads failing. [Ref.11091]
  • The correct customer account is set when using the Wholegood lookup option at Point of Sale. [Ref.11208]

09 Dec 2024 – Nominal Extract

  • Exporting the John Deere Nominal Extract to Excel now displays the values in the balance column correctly. [Ref. 9880]

06 Nov 2024 – Job Request Portal

  • John Deere SvAP high priority alerts will appear in the colour yellow so these can be identified more easily. [Ref. 9040]
  • Upgrade of the TLS version to enable John Deere SvAP communications within the server to continue. [Ref. 377]
  • Cancellation messages from John Deere SvAP will no longer appear in the notifications section. [Ref. 197]

16 Oct 2024 – eCommerce

  • Gold will calculate Carriage Charges on all eCommerce orders and only populate a Carriage Charge on the Advice Note if applicable. [Ref. 10914]
  • Gold automatically returns an acknowledgement API message when a Refund request is received from John Deere eCommerce. [Ref. 10944]
  • Gold sends back the Credit Invoice Reference within the API refund confirmation message, allowing this process to be fully automated. [Ref. 10983]

  • We have now extended the date parameters to the JD WET batch job so it now extracts and uploads at least 6 months’ worth of data.
