Price updates are available for all AGCO brands on a monthly and yearly basis. Working with AGCO, a file is created that Gold can read to ensure that the correct cost is reflected, and parts are sold for the right price.

Export and submit warranty claims directly from Gold upon completion of the job to AGCO. This integration requires AGCO Warranty module. If the Doc Store module is in use, any documents or images attached to the job are also sent through to AGCO with the claim.

Parts Electronic GRN
Parts Electronic Invoicing

Parts Electronic Goods Received Note (eGRN) receives electronic parts deliveries and returns and enables the automatic upload of AGCO packing list details and prices into Gold. Gold reads the electronic dispatch note and matches the customer order number to the order number in Gold. The order lines are checked for the part and quantities being received. This enables you to receive into stock and allocate to an advice or workshop job. This integration requires AGCO eBilling module.

  • Eliminates the time required to check and enter quantities received
  • Allows the input goods received program to automatically match to the purchase orders or returns

Receive parts purchase invoices directly into Gold with a PDF of the original invoice. Gold has the facility to then auto-match invoices with purchase orders, working within discrepancy parameters set by the dealer. This integration requires AGCO eBilling module.

Parts Web Interface
Picklist Interface

Parts viewed on the AGCO Dealer portal will show the depot quantity on hand, the sale price and optionally the cost price of the part. The interface will also show group details for that part to indicate the potential for inter depot transfers. This integration requires the AGCO Epsilon module.

On the AGCO dealer portal, you can build picklists, which consists of parts information such as part number, description, and quantity. These can then be imported back to Gold Point of Sale or Workshop. This integration requires the AGCO Epsilon module.

Retail Inventory Management
Stock Extract / Parts Locator

Gold can send an extract to AGCO Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI), providing details of parts stock, movements and transactions which are then used to create intelligent stock orders. Dealers send parts sales over the last 3 years and based on this information, AGCO will provide a suggested stock order. This integration requires the Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) licence.

  • Dealers can view trends based on history of purchases by viewing the suggested stock order provided by AGCO

Gold can export specific parts inventory which is then used as part of AGCO’s dealer stock locator. Data gets sent to AGCO on a daily basis with up-to-date stock levels. This enables dealers to view the inventory of other dealerships and provides more transparency. This integration requires the Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) licence.

AGCO Plus+

Allows orders placed on the AGCO web shop to be brought automatically into Gold. This sets the correct price against a customer if they have preferential rates or discounts in Gold. Customers can also associate themselves with a specific depot ensuring orders are allocated correctly. This integration requires eCommerce and Customer Data Interface (CDI) modules.

  • Multiple intuitive options to search AGCO parts range
  • Simplified way of working: customers can check parts availability on web shop
  • Visibility of stock available with Dealer and with AGCO
  • Access and grow a larger online customer base

When a customer creates a specification for a new machine on the AGCO portal, this integration will check dealer stock to see if there are any matching machines either in stock or on order. If there are no matching machines, then an order can be created using the specification. This integration requires CPQ and Customer Data Interface (CDI) modules.

AGCO Plus+ is a Dealer Account facility and is a joint initiative between AGCO Finance & AGCO Aftersales – Parts & Service.
