Streamline CLAAS Warranty Claim Submissions with Ibcos Gold v7.21
Thanks to the all-new warranty claim interface in Ibcos Gold v7.21, CLAAS Service Online dealers such as yourself can effortlessly submit and track warranty claims for every machine.
The process is simple:
- Step 1: Start by completing the warranty job the normal way in Workshop Entry.
- Step 2: When the job is invoiced, enter the Gold Claim Number and Supplier Account number as normal then select the CLAAS Warranty Mapping Type.
- Step 3: The claim is then uploaded automatically to the CLAAS Service Online system and the CLAAS claim number provided.
- Step 4: View the claim in CLAAS Service Online and complete it the normal way.
How this will help you:
- Create claims automatically. With just one additional field to be completed in Gold, claim creation is completely automated in CLAAS Service Online.
- Save time. Automatically pull information from Gold, such as machine details, parts used and labour time.
- Eliminate rekeying. Remove the need to manually rekey the text entered for Symptoms, Cause and Remedy.
- Complete claims online. Use the link provided to access and complete the remaining claim details in CLAAS Service Online.
