We are happy to announce that Zabin Bashir, or Zab, as she prefers to be known, has joined our Professional Services Group (PSG) team as an Installation Engineer. She started on January 3rd, working from the city of Coventry.
Our PSG team is helmed by Robert Patrick, who became its manager in 2017, after serving at Ibcos as a data support consultant for nine years.
Prior to this role, Zab has sent more than 20 years in Birmingham, working for SCC, Europe’s largest independent technology solutions company. She’s held a variety of field-based roles at the organization, though more recently, she’s served in an office-based role as a Network Engineer.
Zab is looking forward to getting back to a more customer-facing role, which is something she’s been missing for years.
