Alison Williams, our new Sales Support Specialist
Alison Williams joined us on 3rd June and she’ll be a member of our Sales team, as a new Sales Support Specialist
Alison has worked in various companies in the banking and transport sectors, occupying positions in sales, administration and HR. She is also qualified to teach English as a second language.
In her spare time, Alison loves to run – from five-kilometre to marathon distances. She will report directly to James Buchanan, our Sales Director.
Charlotte Woolgar, our new Support Call Handler
On 17th June, Charlotte Woolgar joined our Support team as a Support Call Handler.
She has served in various care and support roles over the course of her career, working primarily with people with learning disabilities. Charlotte has also travelled to Alaska and Florida to work in the US as part of a delayed gap year.
In addition, she has been studying IT support and coding basics, keen to follow in the footsteps of her father – a network engineer – and enter the IT industry.
