Gold Analytics

  • Dynamic, automated dashboards track key metrics, compare depots and spot growth opportunities in real time.
  • All your data in one place for faster decisions, improved efficiency and increased profitability.

Integrations: John Deere

  • Enhancements to our existing John deere integrations covering Parts Ordering, eCommerce and Warranty Claims.
  • Accurate orders, online payments to boost sales and clearer warranty claims for faster service decisions.

Gold Portal: General Release

  • The new hub for all Gold web appplications, replacing the current portal and providing faster access to programs.
  • Streamlined workflows, fewer click and all key information in one place for quicker decisions.

T-Cards: Configurations

  • Visual boards show all jobs in real time, with static and customisable views for quick insights.
  • Manage worlflows efficiently, reduce errors and see key job info at a glance with colour-coded indicators.

Next, we’re focusing on enhancements that extend functionality, strengthen integrations and further streamline how customers work with Gold.

Customer Connect: Statements

  • Customers can view and download current and historic statements directly from the Customer Portal.
  • Save time and reduce costs by eliminating manual emailing or printing of statements.

Integrations: CNH DEP

  • Bidirectional Data Exchange Platform (DEP) between Gold and CNH, helping set an industry standard for tools and technology.
  • Quickly access telemetry, warranty and service data to fix jobs first time, every time.

eCommerce:
API for Live Stock Call

  • Allows websites to check live parts stock availability information from Gold.
  • Keep online parts info accurate and up to date, improving eCommerce reliability and customer experience.

Map Integration

  • A real-time map in Workshop Scheduler showing engineer and job locations.
  • See jobs and engineer locations to schedule efficiently and complete work faster.

Gold Service Improvements:
Multi-Engineer Feature

  • Jobs can now be configured as single or multi engineer, streamlining how work moves through the system.
  • Reduce admin time and simplify job completion by automatically logging single-engineer jobs while keeping multi-engineer jobs flexible.

Portal Enhancements:
Workshop/ Customers / Wholegoods

  • We’ll enhance key areas of the portal based on dealership feedback to make the system more valuable.
  • Keep online parts info accurate and up to date, improving eCommerce reliability and customer experiance.

Technical Improvements: 64 Bit Gold

  • Technical update to make Gold compatiblie with modern operating systems, including Leap 16.
  • Reduce time and cost on tasks, improve workflows and increase overall productivity.

Looking further ahead, these planned initiatives focus on expanding capability, strengthening customer engagement and continuing to evolve Gold.

Whether it’s from the Ideas Portal, customer feedback or our Product Team,
we are continuously working on new developments that enhance Gold to meet your ever-growing needs.

We have designated regular development time to improve the Gold system based on high priority feedback from our delerships.

Using customer-facing feedback, we will work with dealerships to prioritise and deliver system improvements that save time and reduce manual effort.

We are currently investigating Bank Reconcilation as a high priotity improvement for later in the year.
