Health Check Reporting

For each workshop job carried out for a customer, whether that’s a service or repair, a Machine Health Check is carried out. This feature produces a report to show how many machine health checks were carried out and how much additional work was generated from those health checks.

Key benefits

  • Dealers can use this to keep informed and be proactive in ensuring that Machine Health Check jobs are scheduled and completed
  • When run on Windows Gold, the report can be exported to an Excel/CSV file and sent directly to JCB
  • The report gives statistics to show the conversion rate and the value of additional work generated

Retail Inventory Management (RIM)

JCB have introduced the concept of viewing the stock at each agricultural dealer. This will enable JCB, or an individual dealer, to search the database and determine if a shortage part is available from another dealer to resolve an issue quickly and efficiently with minimum effort.
