Parts Electronic Invoicing

Receive parts purchase invoices directly into Gold with a PDF of the original invoice. Gold has the facility to then auto-match invoices with purchase orders, working within discrepancy parameters. This integration requires CLAAS eBilling module.

This interface allows wholegoods to be configured in the CLAAS system, which can then create an order in Gold for a wholegood with the specification and RRP the user built in SOCS.

CLAAS Service Office PRO is similar to our Gold Service offering with an engineer app and a service manager web portal. Service Office PRO is part of the initiative “CLAAS Service of the Future” and supports the whole service process from job start to end, from the initiation of a service event to its closure and confirmation by the customer.

Gold can send an extract to CLAAS, providing details of parts stock, movements and transactions which are then used to create intelligent stock orders. This helps dealers have the right stock to fill orders first time.
