From October 2021, the latest price file(s) will be made available for Gold to download automatically from Kramp via file transfer. This is a change from the existing email system. The first UK price update is due to go live on 4th October 2021.
To receive the price files in this way there is a small amount of set up required in Gold which you will need to complete prior to October.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Kramp will be sending out a communication to each dealer commencing on 27th September, letting you know what your unique username and password is. This is required for the set up. If you have already carried out the set up please note that you will need to amend your username and password previously entered to match the credentials that will be provided by Kramp.
As long as v7.25 (or above) of Gold is installed, we recommend that this set up is completed straightaway to ensure a smooth transition to the new method in October. If you are not, or will not be on this latest version by 4th October, please advise Kramp that you will be unable to receive updates using their new process.
Once the set up is in place and the new method has been enabled, you will receive an email whenever a new Kramp price update is available and ready to process in Gold.
