The John Deere web dashboard PoPS/ELIPS enables you to make informed decisions on purchases, sales, services, and marketing opportunities. Using artificial intelligence, it collates and analyses data that already exists on Gold and displays it on a user-friendly dashboard. The dashboard provides descriptive reporting to show dealers opportunities to focus on, understand their machines lifecycle, and grow their aftermarket business. This easy-to-use tool is already used by John Deere dealerships in America, South Africa, and Australia. Now, we are the first provider to integrate the dashboard in Europe.

  • Wholegood machine data will now be extracted and included in the PoPS ELIPS report for Over-the-Counter sales. [Ref.258]

  • Linking a Wholegood to an Over-the-Counter sale is now optional at Point of Sale when this is set against the invoice type. [Ref.355]

  • John Deere part information is now extracted on Workshop jobs that do not include a John Deere Wholegood. [Ref.466]

  • Gold will automatically remove incompatible characters from the report, which mitigates risk of the uploads failing. [Ref.11091]

  • The correct customer account is set when using the Wholegood lookup option at Point of Sale. [Ref.11208]
  • How does it work?

    The data is automatically sent from Gold in a single report to the John Deere web dashboard. There is an initial upload of 5 years’ worth of historical data, followed by a daily feed, which is completed automatically overnight.
