Our Customer Advisory Board is an opportunity for us to get regular feedback directly from our customers. Members of our Customer Advisory Board learn about products on the horizon and through surveys, provide us with useful feedback that we use to make informed decisions.

With honest feedback from our members, our surveys help us gather insights about products on the horizon in terms of their usefulness and value.

Richard Allard

Richard oversees the service department for Tallis Amos, with responsibility for strategy and implementation. 
Alan Baker

System Administrator,

Alan has worked for Drakes Shopfitting Ltd, Drakes Refrigeration Ltd, Poole Joinery and BML Healthcare before joining Ibcos in May 1995. He joined Ibcos as a support consultant where he spent his early days on the road providing on site & classroom training and on boarding new customers. He progressed to managing the support desk before being appointed product specialist. In December 2018 he left Ibcos and moved to Ireland with his wife Valerie to be near to their two wonderful grandsons. He is currently employed by Templetuohy Farm Machinery Ltd (since 1st January 2019) as a System Administrator. He looks after the Gold software, produces the monthly management reports and various ODBC reports that help the management team run the business.
Dan Coates

Operations Manager,

Dan is the operations manager for P A Turney Ltd which is a family owned Agricultural and Groundcare dealer based in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. He has worked for Turneys for 10 years. He spends a huge amount of his time helping staff visualise data and KPI’s, whilst overseeing all company premises, vehicle fleets and IT systems. He helps all departments with issues that arise whether it be systems related or on a more practical level.

Jamie Gardiner

Group Operations Director, Hamilton Ross Group

Jamie is a the third generation of his family running the Hamilton Ross Group (consisting of Hamilton Brothers and R&R Machinery). They have been operating for over 90 years across Central Scotland. They currently have 150 plus employees across 6 depots, with divisions in Agriculture, Groundcare, Construction and Garden Machinery. His personal background is in ERP systems, after working for GlaxoSmithKline across 15 countries installing SAP in their factories. Since returning to the family business, he has focussed on transferring the best practices and ways of working into the company, looking to set the foundations within the business for the next generation and beyond!

Richard Ogle

Depot Parts Manager

Richard joined Russells in 2018 as a Depot Parts Manager and now oversees Group Parts Procurement and Stock Control. Alongside his core role, hes spend a lot of his time building interactive reports that give teams across the business clear, real-time insights. These are built using Excel and Power BI, connected via ODBC and powered by SQL, DAX, M, and Python. With a background in physics, he has always had a passion for numbers and analysis, and enjoys turning complex data into tools that drive smarter decisions. He is proud to support Ibcos in shaping software that brings real value to dealerships.
Catherine O'Halloran

Catherine is responsible for the overall administration of the six branches putting systems and procedures in place and ensuring that it is implemented across the board. She oversees creditors, debtors, machinery invoicing, reconciliation of bank, VAT & PAYE/PRSI, preparation of accounts for auditors, completion of CSO forms, computer training, health & safety procedures & training, employment law & HR for the entire workforce, and monthly management accounts & statements.
Joshua Owen-Jones

Josh is responsible for overseeing a 3rd generation succession plan of the family business centred around digital transformation. Whilst Josh is responsible for the Finance Team, he also has responsibility over Technology, H.R and Corporate Strategy. Since joining the business full time in 2024, Josh has worked closely with Ibcos to modernise the dealer management system to enhance operational efficiencies. This includes building Management Dashboards and Reports to facilitate data driven decision making in real time through the use of Excel and Power BI via ODBC. Josh also manages strategic projects from inception to completion.

Darel Pearson is the Group Parts Manager at Haynes Agricultural, Darel has worked in the Agricultural industry for 46 years, going from an Operator on a number of Farms through to his time at CNH which culminated in his role as UK & ROI Parts Sales Manager, in his role today he draws upon the extensive knowledge he has gained to support both his team and the business.

Stephen covers two main roles. First is IT which covers buying equipment & setting up. He does the bulk of the maintenance with Gold. He is involved with any discussions to do with IT particularly where they can improve any processes within the group. His other role is Group Parts Manager. This involves speaking and advising parts managers within the group, bulk buying & speaking with suppliers.

Andrew has worked within agricultural dealerships since starting as an apprentice service technician 28 years ago. He joined the B&B Group 13 years ago as Group Service manager and then moved to a Group Aftersales Manager role before his recent promotion to Dealer Principal. Having a long career within aftersales has shown him the importance of how integrated systems and technology can help all departments become more efficient and profitable.
