As we come to the end of the year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all members of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Your ongoing participation, insight, and willingness to share your experiences have played a vital role in shaping the future of our products and services.
Across the three CAB surveys completed in February, May, and September 2025, members shared feedback on a wide range of topics, including how they use key operational modules, service and digital tools, customer finance processes, portal features, and transport and planning workflows. This input has helped us understand market trends, customer needs and has influenced changes to our product roadmap and ongoing product development.
What Is the Customer Advisory Board?
Our Customer Advisory Board is a collaborative group of customers who volunteer to share regular feedback with us. CAB members get early visibility of ideas and concepts on the horizon and, through surveys and conversations, help us make informed decisions. This year, we were delighted to welcome five new CAB members. Their fresh perspectives have added even more depth to the feedback we receive and we’d love to see this community continue to grow as we head into 2026. The more voices we hear, the better equipped we are to understand the diverse needs of our customers.
Getting Involved in 2026
If you’re not currently part of the CAB but are interested in influencing the direction of our products, we’d love for you to join us in 2026. Participation is flexible and surveys are designed to be quick, clear and concise.
