Some key upcoming projects that will enhance the way you work and improve efficiency include:
Web Scheduler
Web Scheduler is our new web-based scheduling tool which helps you to organise your engineers work easily and effectively. With detailed information and further interaction with Gold Service, it provides you with better control over workshop processes. Benefits include blocking out time for engineers without having to assign them to a specific job, viewing live statuses of jobs, navigating using different timelines and more. The project is currently with Early Adopters, and we are aiming for General Release in April 2024.
John Deere eCommerce
The new John Deere eCommerce site has been created to provide customers with a seamless journey to browse and purchase products across John Deere associated dealerships in one place. Customers will be able to shop with flexibility and speed, and dealerships will easily reap the benefits of this integration. Purchases are made on the eCommerce site that has up-to-date stock levels and orders are sent directly into Gold for dealerships to review and process. The project is currently out on General Release, and we are aiming to onboard dealers by March 2024.
Webinar: Find success with AGCO Integrations
In partnership with AGCO, we will be hosting a free live webinar in February 2024 to highlight the current AGCO integrations that are on offer to our customers. Attendees will be able to explore the available integrations, view upcoming projects, and ask questions. Our panel of speakers include Kris Illingworth, Ibcos Back to Base Sales Manager, Roslin Lawless, Ibcos Product Manager, Amy Phythian, Crawfords Group, and Andrew Walker, B&B Group.
