We understand the importance of training materials such as product manuals, user guides, interactive demos, and video tutorials to support you in using Gold in the best way possible. To improve your journey in learning about new products, their benefits, and how to use them, we have begun making incremental changes.
Our Customer Portal contains a wealth of information to assist and inform our customers. A range of self-help guides and training videos cover some of the more common Gold queries as well as technical questions. Our blogs update customers on latest news and informs them of upcoming changes. The Ideas Portal provides customers with a means of suggesting enhancements to the Gold product and to vote for those suggested by other customers. Our Support Hub enables customers to raise support tickets and access our knowledge base with more information on troubleshooting products. Whether it’s streamlining processes or refining your managed dealer inventory, we work closely with manufacturers to integrate their systems with Gold. We have a variety of integrations that aim to reduce the administration cost of running your business and enhance efficiency. Our new Manufacturer Hub lists all our integrations in one place so that you can easily see what’s on offer and how they will benefit your business.

2. What’s new in Gold – An update on our Release Notes
It is important for everyone to understand and keep up to date on the bug fixes, enhancements and improvements that we continuously make to our products.
