The Ibcos Ideas portal has now been live for 2 years. It’s an opportunity for you to submit your ideas for inclusion for future versions of Gold. Ideas are reviewed regularly and are considered based on their feasibility and whether they will add value to the product. You can also view current ideas made by others and vote for those that you feel are most important.
We currently have 257 ideas awaiting customer feedback.
The most popular idea relates to mandatory pictures in Gold Service. It gained 66 votes and will be released soon with an update to the Service App.
Two other popular ideas are the 7 day view for the service app with 41 votes and the estimated hours and start time for the service app with 25 votes. Both of these are currently in development and will also be released soon.

Since the launch, we have implemented 22 ideas and have a further 7 currently being tested by our early adopters.
We hope to continue increasing this number over the coming months with 7 ideas planned for development.
We have also had 73 ideas logged that relate to existing functionality. It is always worth logging ideas, as you never know when there is an easy solution to your problem!
How can you help get ideas implemented?
Review the existing ideas in the portal and vote on any that you would like to see implemented. The more votes an idea gets, the higher priority it will be given. You can also add comments to the existing ideas. If there are any specific ideas that we are keen to get your feedback on, you will find these in the Pinned Ideas section.
So please do continue logging and voting on existing ideas! The more the portal is used, the more we can tailor our development plans to the needs of you, the customer.
