We have been providing payroll software to our customers for many years. Gold Pay is installed and operated on customers’ servers and requires updates when changes are made in legislation and guidance from HMRC.
As part of our programme of modernisation, we are now planning to move to a modern browser and cloud-based payroll system to be known as Gold Payroll.
The current version – Gold Pay – will no longer be supported from April 2025.
Gold Payroll has been designed for the modern era of browser and cloud-based software with a smart, clean, and highly useable interface. It keeps functionality as simple as possible, whilst retaining all the functions and interfaces required.
A migration and training programme will be available to aid the move which we will ensure happens before the end of March 2025.
Why Gold Payroll?
- Gold Payroll will remove the need to manage updates and backups, and will remain in line with legislation and guidelines from HMRC without customers being required to take any action.
- This will improve customer experience and remove administrative tasks allowing users to focus on paying their teams.
Since Gold Pay was introduced, our customers have grown and changed structure, therefore their requirements of a payroll solution have changed. Gold Payroll will meet the needs of our customers providing a highly useable, scalable, resilient, and future proofed solution.
