CNH Warranty Attestation is a stringent testing process conducted by Deloitte (the international audit company) on behalf of CNH, a global leader in the agricultural and construction equipment industry, to ensure that software systems meet their standards for handling warranty claims. This process involves comprehensive evaluations and audits to verify the integrity, security, and functionality of the software platform.

- Efficiency in Data Processing: With our Gold Service App, engineers can easily enter electronic data, removing the necessity for engineers to return to the office to retrieve or submit their paper job cards, followed by manual data entry.
- Enhanced Accuracy: Time and date stamps accompany engineers’ entries, improving the accuracy of warranty claims.
- Improved Workflow: The Gold Service App allows for multiple electronic signatures, electronic checklists, and image attachments to streamline the claims process.

- Adherence to Processes: Implement the New Starter, User Access Permission, and Leaver Processes to manage user accounts effectively.
- Regular Audits: Conduct periodic user and access reviews to ensure compliance with CNH guidelines and internal security protocols.
