Webinar Summary
The first integration mentioned was, eCommerce. It allows orders placed on the AGCO web shop to be brought automatically into Gold. This sets the correct price against a customer if they have preferential rates or discounts in Gold. Customers can also associate themselves with a specific depot ensuring orders are allocated correctly.
Ibcos Gold user, Andrew, shared his experience as one of the first few dealers to onboard this integration. He mentioned that from its early stages the eCommerce platform has been improved and adjusted to give a user experience that other dealers couldn’t come close to with the budget that would be available to them. The eCommerce module enhances their parts and aftersales function while reducing the workload for their parts teams and we are very glad we were one of the first few dealers to activate this and are now seeing the reward.
The second integration discussed was Parts Electronic GRN. eGRN receives electronic parts deliveries and returns and enables the automatic upload of AGCO packing list details and prices into Gold. Gold reads the electronic dispatch note and matches the customer order number to the order number in Gold. The order lines are checked for the part and quantities being received. This enables you to receive into stock and allocate to an advice or workshop job.
The third integration mentioned was Parts Electronic Invoicing which receives parts purchase invoices directly into Gold with a PDF of the original invoice. Gold has the facility to then auto-match invoices with purchase orders, working within discrepancy parameters set by the dealer.
The final current AGCO Integration discussed was Warranty Claim Extract which allows you to export and submit warranty claims directly from Gold upon completion of the job to AGCO. If the Doc Store module is in use, any documents or images attached to the job are also sent through to AGCO with the claim. Ibcos Gold user, Amy, shared how Warranty Claim Extract is a great tool to help speed up the process of submitting warranty claims as you’re not having to duplicate your work by doing a claim manually. Any changes to the claim can be made within Gold very easily whether it’s amending parts quantities, amending a story or removing/adding labour.
AGCO employees, Louise and Valeri introduced the new integration AGCO Plus+. AGCO Plus+ is a flexible payment solution for anything the customer purchases from a participating dealer. It’s a business-to-business product so only VAT registered customers are applicable. The customer purchases ANY parts or services (doesn’t need to be AGCO parts), the dealer invoices AGCO Finance for the amount and AGCO Finance will pay it the next day with a 1.5% charge per transaction taking on the customer’s repayment obligations. This provides an immediate reimbursement for the dealers which reduces their financial risk. AGCO Plus+ also has a loyalty programme which Customers can sign up to and earn 2% SMART Rewards Cash on buying Genuine AGCO Parts on their AGCO Plus+ account.
