AGCO Plus+ is a joint initiative between AGCO Finance and AGCO Aftersales (Parts and Service). It supports all AGCO dealers in offering an attractive revolving line of credit to their Parts & Service customers, to encourage customer loyalty and increase aftersales spend.
Resulting in time saving within the finance department.
Using charts and data sets, view information on customers and their spend on AGCO.
Dealers will get immediate reimbursement from AGCO Finance.
AGCO will issue loyalty vouchers for customers to spend within the year.
Creating a positive customer experience and greater customer retention.

Here is a list of frequently asked questions on AGCO Plus+:
If you set an AGCO Plus+ customer as a Cash Sale after they have been set up as an AGCO Plus+ customer this will not affect anything. AGCO Plus+ will still override the account settings.
If an account is not set for AGCO Plus+ but the Invoice To account is, then AGCO Plus+ is not used. If an AGCO Plus+ account has an Invoice To account that is not set for AGCO Plus+ the original account is used not the AGCO Plus+ Account.
One option is to auto credit and auto invoice. When we have more dealers onboarded and working, this process may be revised.
